Not to my Liking
Two years ago, I ordered the same dress by Lulus from another vendor in Navy Blue. The fabric was different back then and I ordered it in July 2025 in Black same size as I did two years ago. The Black dress from Lulus this time around was much too big for me and I didn't like the smell or the fabric so I sent the dress back.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Winifred, thanks for your review! Needs a zipper
It's horrible to get into. You have to squeeze your biggest parts through the narrowest parts of the dress; Your shoulders through the slim mermaid train-bottom area and through the waist/bodice or your butt/hips through the waist/bodice area. It was comical and a full workout trying to slither into it, but once on it was a good fit, just a bit long. I definitely don't want to be doing that after getting hair & makeup on for the event. Cute dress but big in the hips
This dress was really cute and I wanted to make it work but it was just too big in the hip area which caused the fabric to sit weird.
