Runs very small

I was sent a different size than my ordee
I ordered this dress in Small but I received a Medium size instead.I bought it on final sale so no exchange or return. What should I do?Response from Lulus.com: Hello Nancy! Cute dress but...
The dress is cute however the fit was off. The bows are wierd as how they fit as another reviewer mentioned they are sideways. LOVE the dress!
I'm usually in between a medium & large, so I ordered both. I ended up keeping the large, I think it runs small. The dress it super cute- I am using it as a bridesmaid dress. My only issue was as soon as I took it out of the bag the zipper was broke. Since that was the last one in stock I had to take it to a seamstress and get a new zipper put on it. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Bows are sideways
The bows do not look like the picture. They are sewn to the straps sideways so that they are touching your neck.
