    Ankle straps are way too big

    We kept trying to figure out these shoes thinking there was a trick to getting them to fit but no matter what we did, the circumference of the ankle strap when buckled leaves over an inch of room so they just fall off her feet. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the 30-day return window so now we are stuck with them

    Really Loose and Weird to Walk in

    I ordered these as an option to wear on my wedding day and although they are super cute, the straps in the back feel really loose. It's almost as if there is no support in the back, it is hard to describe! Because of this, I decided to return them because I felt that they were awkward to walk in.

    It's okay

    The size of the shoe was true to size, but the straps around the ankle were kind of loose so when you walked it left gaps between your foot and the shoe. The strap by the toe was also a little uncomfortable.
