Very loose heel strap
Looking at the model photo you could never tell, however the strap that goes around the heel is SUUUPER loose making the shoe unstable and honestly kind of like a flip flop? I am past the free return stage or I would have seen if I could exchange for a 6.5 vs 7. I may see if my tailor can work some magic on tightening the heel strap as I am hoping to wear these for my wedding. Cute and comfy
These runs true to size. I'm usually a size 5.5/6 depending. I bought a size 6 because I purchased another pair from Lulus and it said true to size, but it ran a little small and tight and so I figured with this one I should size up to a size 6. Well, this one ran a little big for a size 6 and so I exchanged it for a size 5.5 and it fit perfectly and extremely comfortable. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
