Broken zipper, wouldn't even close...but great customer service!!
I got a broken zipper, and when my grandmother fixed it, it still wouldn't close. I needed it the next day and overnighted it, but it came broken. I messaged them because I was scrambling for a new dress and spent so much money; they were super responsive and reviewed my issue within less than 24 hours. I was VERY satisfied with the response. Great fit for pear shape!

Too small
Do not think I'd purchase again. Runs too small I typically order smalls but got a medium because of reviews. The dress wouldn't zip up around my breasts. There were also two snags in the dress one at the top and other at the bottom. Love the color and style, the material is on par with Amazon unfortunately, very thin. Cute but see through
I love the pattern on this dress, but the skirt is see through. Could easily be fixed with a slip, but I bought multiple white dresses at once for bridal events and would rather just return this one than find a slip for it. Cute though!!
