Perfect party piece
I wore this for NYE with a black turtleneck and black tights. It's fun and quirky but it does not look cheap. I was super impressed with the quality and the fit. It's also very soft and fuzzy. Great piece to dress down with a blazer or t-shirt. Very Fran Fine!
