A little too small
I'm usually between sizes (s/m). I like form-fitted clothing and hate bagginess. I am a size 26/27 and 39 hips and ALWAYS struggle with what to order for bikini bottoms. These are really cute but are a little too small, but I don't think a medium would work any better. I just got them wet and stretched them out before wearing them, worked just fine. Cheeky!
