Poor strap
I absolutely love this dress, however the first time I went to wear it the strap completely ripped. When I looked at the other strap I noticed that it was hanging on by a thread. I was very bummed I didn't get a chance to wear it.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Jacquelyn! We are so sorry to hear that the strap broke. This is not at all a typical experience and our team has reached out via email to make this right. Thanks for taking the time to share your review. xo - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
