    Weird ruching around the hips

    I was super excited about this dress and the color/pattern because I have tried a similar cut from somewhere else and loved it. The color/pattern was great, but the quality was not good. There is weird ruching around the hips that just looks awful - it doesn't seem purposeful enough, so initially I thought it was a manufacturing flaw.     Skip this one.

    The top part is very large. It fits like a size 8 for someone who's like a 38D. The bottom half fits fine. I will need to take about 3 inches out of the fabric at the neck.
