The M and S seemed almost the same size but S had shorter arms. So I went with the M.

Super Cute, Fit Well!
For fit reference, I'm very pear-shaped, and certain dresses and fabrics are extremely un-flattering on wide hips. This was not the case with this dress, the material is nice and flattering. I'm usually a S in Lulus, and size S in this one also fit true to size. It stayed up and in place really well despite being backless. It was perfect for a holiday party.
