Love it!
Beautiful shade of navy blue. Dark but you can definitely tell it is blue. Overall fit on my daughter was great. Very comfortable. Length is perfect if she wear high heels but she is still pretty young and has low kitten heels. I would say we will likely have to get it hemmed just an 1 to 1 1/2 inches so it clears the ground no matter what she wears. The big surprise and only negative is the slit. It is not actually a slit.
