I am ******!
This shoe is horribly small. I wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9 and my feet are hanging off the back. Even in my other heels that I ordered. I'm unsure of what's going on with the sizing but it's very off. The shoe itself is beautiful. It's a shame that they don't allow returns or exchanges. I'm stuck with shoes that I can't fit which is horrible. I won't be buying shoes from Lulus again. Clothes maybe but shoes NO.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Ashley! Tough to walk

I'm usually a 9/9.5
I ordered up because my heels tend to hang out the back of my shoes and this was perfect! The 10 fit great and the shoes look wonderful. Great buy for sure!!
