Top Big; Bottom Perfect
I ordered a S. I don't have as much up top and had about 3 inches of wiggle room....with a strapless bra on. The bottom was perfect and I would try an extra small if I wasn't in a hurry to find something fast. Not too short on a 5/9 person. This dress would probably work better for someone who is similar in size up top and on the hips.

Love the dress and received tons of compliments! Everyone wants to know where I got the dress! Fits great and gorgeous color.

LOVE
Perfect fit, color, and style. Not too short for petite girls, so it's nice to not have to hem anything. Since I'm no longer in my 20s, I don't wear super short, but this was a great length. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Barbie dress
I love this neckline. Dress runs a tiny bit tight but I love it. It's short but not to the point I feel as if I will flash someone. The color is slightly less bright than the pictures but still vibrant. Not the best dress for someone super curvy as there is not a lot of extra room in the chest or hips.
