    RED HOT GALA

Ok, so this is my 5th attempt to get this review on here. Last time. I have wasted too much time already. It does not want me to upload my picture. So, I totally recommend this - I loved it... [like] in the 4 other reviews that I wrote.

    Poofy at the waist

I loved this dress in the pic, but it doesn't drape at the waist like this photo. Instead, it poofs out at the waistline like -- what? It's kind of a cross between little girl's tutu and a bustle from the 1700's! Ha! Anyway, I sent it back. Not flattering.
Response from Lulus.com: Hi, JoAnneh! We are truly sorry to hear that this dress didn't end up meeting your expectations in person. At Lulus, we want you to feel comfortable and confident wearing our products. Our team of stylists (lulus.com/customerservice) would be happy to help you find items you love! Let's get in... Gorgeous but...

The color and pattern are stunning but the fit was off. Too poofy on the hips and the chest area was too widely spread apart so your bust hangs out in an unflattering way. If you tighten the straps, it makes it look poofy. I still was willing to make it work but it is very long for my petite frame and in order to hem it - it would cost more than the dress itself. I'm sad to have to return it.

    Stunning!

This dress is stunning. Wonderful material and super vibrant. Looked just like in the photo. The only thing that I wish Lulus would upgrade about their clothes is the zipper - the zipper on this dress feels cheap. The straps on this dress are super thin, but that wasn't a big deal; I didn't notice after I had it on. Wore it for about five hours. I had zero issues with it and am still in love with this dress several months later. Love love love... Read More

    So many compliments!

I wore this to a wedding and got so many compliments on it! It was so beautiful that it felt like it should be a more high-end brand! I absolutely loved it. It did come out a bit more bright pink than I would have liked but it looked gorgeous nonetheless so I can't complain! The fabric and detailing were pretty well done for how affordable it was.

    Love!

Unfortunately, I ended up not attending the wedding I bought it for, but this dress is so beautiful and fits perfectly. Love that the straps are adjustable. Side note - I am several months postpartum and it is a great option for trying to hide a little extra belly weight!

    I couldn't have found a better dress

One of our best friends was getting married at a winery and wanted fun and formal dress wear for the guests. This dress could not have been more perfect!

    Loved it!

It's a beautiful dress that is easy to take to a destination party as it hides wrinkles and does not need to worry about ironing. A little long but with high heels, it was perfect.
