Cute but didn't love
Dress was cute but it was a lot of material. It didn't lay exactly right in the front which gave the illusion of a bigger tummy. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Its cute
It's a very cute dress even though I did not end up keeping it. The material does not feel as nice as some of the other dresses that I have bought from here though. It kinda feels like a t-shirt material. It is slightly see-through but if you wear nude undergarments, you would be fine.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Kate, thanks for your review! I wish it fit me better
I was really looking for a casual dress that still had structure and was flattering. I was hoping this could be that dress. However, it looked weird and unflattering on me. I think maybe for someone that is taller/has longer legs and/or has a smaller bust, it might look more flattering.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Amanda, thanks for your review! Flattering for all shapes!
I have worn this many times and ended up gifting to my sister because it fit her better. As a pear heavy hourglass, the tie accentuated my waist and complimented my curves. My sister is more of a boxy shape and it gave her more shape. I could have done a small but I fear it would have risen up throughout wear as I experienced that with the medium. Small may have also given me some additional support too.
