Mostly satisfied
This bag is good for the most part. I love the color and the gold trim doesn't scream cheap. It's also a nice size. My only 2 complaints about it is the bottom part is so boxy and wide. I find myself bumping my bag on doorways and also when I get in my car. Beware the corners CAN scratch things when bumping into things! My other complaint is the straps. It's difficult to open the bag when you have it on your shoulders. Hard to explain but the...
