Perfect
Love this skirt so much. I wore this as a high waisted skirt, but if you're looking to wear on the hips, just order a size up. I have to wear with a small heel so the back doesn't drag on the ground. This skirt has so much movement it's absolutely beautiful!

Perfect summer skirt
It's flowy at the bottom, sexy when you walk and high waisted to keep everything in place. Dress up or down, I love it
