Overall very cute skirt. You could order a size down if you want it as a high waisted dress. I just wish this had a stretchy band waist. AMAZING SKIRT
I wore this skirt on vacation in Chicago and it was the most comfortable outfit! It was light and breezy, and easily worn all day or you can dress it up at night. I may get it another color I loved it so much. And got a ton of compliments on it. One of my favorites hands down.

Perfect staple
