This dress is the perfect party dress or any occasion!! I love the ruffle details and the movement created with the pleats. You can tie the straps to the desired length. Not the bright red as seen on site

Obsessed!!!
I got this dress for my sisters 40th birthday and it was a hit! I love the "almost backless" feel to it and the multiple layers made it feel so secure the entire day!
