Never Received my Order
I received the item very quickly, so initially I was impressed but when I opened my package, I was sent the wrong item. I immediately called and let them know and was told I would receive the correct item within a few days. I am still waiting and it's been almost a month now not sure I will order from them againResponse from Lulus.com: Hello Linda! Thank you for your review! Timeless piece
This dress looks so stunning and timeless on my daughter for Prom. Very happy with the quality and price. Highly recommend this dress. Lulus was also very quick on shipping too. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Side Boob
This would be a gorgeous dress for somebody with a smaller bust. I'm a 32DD and typically wear a small/medium in Lulus dresses, but I was spilling out of this one. I would have ordered a size up, but the medium zipped perfectly fine and I was worried about the length of the large with no time for alterations.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Jennifer! We're sorry to hear that this dress fit snaller than you expected. If you would like additional insight regarding sizing for future purchases, please reach out to our team of fit experts (lulus.com/customerservice). We want to help you shop with confidence!
