Super cute, runs large

Fun dresss for upcoming cruise
I bought this outfit for my 24 y/o daughter for her upcoming cruise with her boyfriend of 5 years. The print, look and total vibe is just perfect for a warm weather cruise. Perfect MIdi Dress!
I'm not sure where some of the bad reviews are coming from, this dress is honestly perfect! There's a small elastic portion in the back and the adjustable straps and tie make for a perfect fit. The top didn't fit
