Shrunk after wash
It's true to size. The dress is soft and light. I wore it to an outdoor summer wedding. I hand washed it afterward due to sweating and it SHRUNK! Now the shell is shorter than the liner. I feel like I wasted my money on a dress I only wore once. I suppose I can get the liner hemmed shorter but there's a possibility the shell will shrink again. Very cute!
I bought this dress for a future wedding I am attending. I originally ordered a medium since that is what the size guide recommended. However, I ended up exchanging it for a small one that fit perfectly. I found that with the medium, the material made my hips look large. Since this dress is loose-fitting, the small looks great. Due to Lulus shipping choice, never received
Lulus ships with UPS "Surepost," which means that UPS ships it to your local post office and then hands it over to them to take it to your shipping address. I have found this to be a TERRIBLE shipping option - more than 50% of the time something has been shipped this way to me, in that handoff it goes missing and is never delivered.
