Cowl doesn't lay right

Everything fits well besides the bust
This dress was stunning and I was very disappointed that I had to return it. I usually have issues with having hip dips and finding a flattering fit, but this was beautiful on my waist. The only issue though was the bust. Because my bust is a bit large, the neckline did not sit flat on my chest. You could see straight down the dress.
