not quite over the knee
I have gotten shoes from LuLu's several times with much success but these boots fell short (literally). I am 5'7 and the top of the shaft only hit my mid-knee and cut into my kneecap in a weird, uncomfortable way. On a shorter girl, these might be cute and truly over-the knee, but not for me. had to send them back. Other than that, fit was true to size - I am a 7.5 and that's what I ordered and they fit well.
