Neck is tight and for short torsos

All I did was try it on. I haven't actually put it on to go anywhere yet. Just wanted to be sure it fit. It's comfortable. Very cute. Easy to slip on and off. Light breathable fabric. And didn't seem to rise up in the front area which is a major plus. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
