Cups
The only thing I disliked about this dress was the straps and the cups. I personally am not a huge fan of tie straps, but they help with support. The cups have no wire or anything so they go over the bob, so if you have perky boobs or really big ones, I wouldn't purchase unless you have a good strapless bra. Perfect dress for a bridal shower or bridal event. Get a size bigger.

Runs smaller in Navy than it does in Maroon
I ordered this dress in an XS in the red/maroon color, and it fit great, a little snug, but not enough to size up. I ordered the navy in an XS as well thinking it would be the exact same, and it was significantly smaller than the red was. I laid the navy overtop the red, and it even seemed more narrow than the red even though they are the same dress, just different color.
