Classy outfit but complicated service
I love love love the jumpsuit. It's very classy and stylish. The customer service, however, is really lacking. I tried to return a piece, but the return label is incorrect and besides the FAQ there is no place I can send a message to. There's also no phone number anywhere to be found. LOVE this jumpsuit!
Wanted a pink outfit to wear to the Eras tour, and then to hopefully wear again after. This jumpsuit was so comfortable for the entire night, and was so flattering! It was long (dragging on the ground) since I wore flats, but if I wore a few inch heel I think it would have been perfect. Very Disappointed
I loved this outfit so much! Dressy yet casual. Unfortunately, I was only able to wear it twice. The quality of the material is nice but unfortunately, the zipper is very small and of extremely poor quality. Such poor quality that the zipper broke right off in two pieces leaving the outfit unwearable. For the cost, I would have expected a much better-quality zipper. Wow factor Company and Outfit!
First off, let me say this company WOW!! Absolutely love! The quality of fabric will last. I ordered this outfit in pink. The reviews said great length for tall girls.
