Nice dress but not for me

Picture Fail
This dress looked beautiful in the picture but it did not fit at all! I ordered a size S and M. The small fit me but the snap button did not clip and the length was way too long! Not my favorite
The dress was very long and the snap kept opening, I don't have a large chest.

Want to love it!
90% of this dress fits perfectly for me; flush to the waist and not gathered too much at all but the small snap to keep it closed at the chest does not stay closed at all! It's really weird because the fabric doesn't feel overly tight across my bust or anything (if I shut it and stand perfectly still it looks perfect), but the snap comes open with barely any movement.
