Horrible Returns Policy.
I ended up keeping all 3 products I ordered although they didn't fit me well. For this product, there was no option to return it and for the other 2, I had to pay 35EUR to send it back. Pretty but run large
These shoes are very pretty. However, they run quite large and are a tad uncomfortable. Go down at least a half size

Runs large, but super cute.
I usually wear 7.5 in heels and 8-8.5 in sneakers. The 7.5 were MASSIVE. I ended up exchanging them for a size 7 and they were a perfect fit. The material is nice and they seem pretty comfy. I haven't worn them for a long period of time, but they are a cute ivory color. **update** wore them for my courthouse wedding. Bought again
