After reading the reviews I ended up going up almost 2 sizes from my normal M to an XL so that it wouldn't look painted on. I am 5'9, 140, and have a butt...however the dress is too big up top now (braless) and slightly fitted on the bottom. I have muscular arms but didn't feel like the shoulders were unflattering in that sense. Too small
This dress is gorgeous, but unfortunately was super small. Because I live in Canada, shipping and duty was expensive!! Therefore it's not worth returning. Very disappointed as it would have been perfect :(
