Pretty but Sheer

Confused? Dry Clean Only?!
Why would a beach wrap be dry clean only? It obviously will be getting wet at either the pool or beach so how is that supposed to work? It is beautiful and a great size, but if regular washing ruins it, that will be a huge problem!!
