Ignore the size chart
I have a difficult time trying to find clothes that fit correctly. I am usually one to try on before ordering but I liked a "non tight fitting" dress on this sight. To make sure I ordered correctly I took time to measure myself and go by the chart on the site. I thought it was way too large as it had me at 4 sizes bigger than what I usually wear, but went along wit it. I received it and it looked like I was wearing a sheet. So long story short......
