Definitely Size Down
I wear a L in almost everything from Lulu's, and even occasionally an XL...but per the guidance of the stylist on the online chat feature (which is so helpful!), I ordered a M. It fit loose, but perfectly. Exactly how it appears on the model. It came super wrinkled (which wasn't too much of a surprise). Absolutely my new favorite jacket! I plan to buy it in more colors! It is effortless. So easy to throw on over anything and up your outfit game instantly. Love it! Also I read that it is grey but honestly I think it is still an olive. A bit grey but mostly olive.
