Too baggy and no shape

It showed up extremely wrinkled, with a bunch of strings loose, and is extremely thin fabric. I was very disappointed because all the comments advertised as a must have. cute but not as luxe in real life
Spent a long time debating between this and a few similar to it, and finally decided on this one. Was super excited to receive it, but upon trying it on it just looks sloppy, not effortless. Seems to wrinkle REALLY easily, and I feel like an effortless looking jacket like this should not require so much...effort...to look cute. It just doesn't hang as elegantly in real life.
