Item Never Arrived, Exceptional Customer Service
I'll come back to review when I receive a replacement item, but for now, the Lulus team deserves credit for their exceptional service. My items never arrived, so the Lulus team assisted me with opening an investigation with the shipper. The shipper's investigation concluded saying that the items were delivered to the correct address. Not True to Size, but otherwise great
This is a great blazer but it's oversized. I love Lulus options but their sizing is not consistent in anything so giving honest reviews are so important. I ordered a M and I'm a medium is most everything across the board. This fits like a large.
