Ummm YES!

Not for me
I've had my eye on this dress for awhile. The quality is stellar. The dress looks just as shown. This dress is not made for someone who has hips. And oddly enough the waist kinda fit but it was loose around my bust. Didn't really fit me in any of the right ways.
