Beautiful, but can't help but feel a little disappointed
I was really looking forward to this dress, as it looks beautiful in the photos & has rave reviews. I've ordered 7 lulus dresses in the past (for my bridesmaids 5 years ago) & still get compliments about them (& use out of them), so I knew Lulus is a reputable website to order from. Not for me
It's a beautiful dress, but it just isn't what I had hoped for. It's well made and of great quality I just wasn't happy with how it fit me. It was pretty long for someone as tall as me and fit a little larger than I would have preferred. If the slit was higher I think I could've made it work. Beautiful dress!
I enjoyed wearing this dress so much! I am 5' 2" and 108 lbs, wear a 34B bra. I had to order several sizes and kept returning until I found the right fit. I think the size charts are completely off, but kudos for making returns so easy! I ended up keeping the XS, had it shortened, and raised the slit. Wore it with lots of tape in the breasts area. LOVE this long, flowy dress!
This dress is absolutely amazing from top to bottom. While it definitely runs a bit long... it is flowy but fully lined so it's thick but not heavy. The straps are adjustable making it comfortable and the color is so pretty! I needed heels to wear - and I'm 5'6" but I would have hemmed it if necessary because I loved it so much. Gorgeous dress
Gorgeous dress! color, fabric, cut all great! Fits well but it's a little long. I'm 5'8 and it was a bit long on me. I will have to have it hemmed but I already wore it and loved it!
