New favorite dress

Great color, bad fit
The hems looked raw and poorly made. The top part also didn't fit well, it was looser than other Lulus dresses. Beautiful blue color.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Annie, thanks for your review! Ok
I'm a true size medium and ordered a size small and it fits okay. The body fits perfectly but the armpit area seems high and cuts in.
