Cute shirt, didn't feel right on my neck

Love This Top
This top is so comfortable with high-quality, thick material. I get compliments every time I wear it. It works great with a strapless bra and is true to my normal Lulus size. I'm just sad because I washed it and it turned light blue from another clothing item :( my bad for not hand washing it.
