Cute dress
This is a great dress, but it could be an inch or two longer to make it more work-appropriate (and I'm only 5'3). It was comfy and it's very flattering. I think if you're on the taller side, it would probably be way too short. I got a medium and it was a little too big, but a small would have probably been too small.

It's ok
I bought the small size and it fits well. The material was not light and soft as I expected.

Returned
The fabric was see through and didn't hang well on my body. If you wanted to wear it as a top versus dress it would be ok.

Didn't work
I'm 5'1 and 98 lbs. I purchased the xsmall and it fit like a bag on me. I loved the thicker cotton material, but unfortunately had to return. Even with the tie at the waist, this dress had no shape on me, and the dress hit below my knees.
