    Loved, but arrived damaged. HORRIBLE RETURN PROS & CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Loved but they arrived damaged. I am a huge Lulus fan but they have the most aggravating return process I've ever experienced! They email you a label that you need to either print & attach to the box to drop off at an ups store/drop off. Or you can show the store the label or barcode if no printer.     Gorgeous

    Amazing quality, fit perfectly. I thought my feet would hurt wearing these all night but was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. Beautiful shoes.

    Shoes came damaged

    I was really looking forward to these, but I thought they were just okay. The heel felt really unstable, and I noticed black scuff marks around the toe that was kinda a bummer, so I returned them.

    Wedding shoes

    These shoes were absolutely beautiful, however, they were literally the most uncomfortable heels I've ever worn. My feet felt bruised after 3 hours at my wedding and even hurt the next day. But they looked great in the pictures!
