Not great

Kept this item but I think it fits small due to my bust...
Typically I wear a SM but I ordered a Medium based on other comments...it's still TIGHT on my shoulders and bust. I like it well enough and I don't feel "Too tall" as I sometimes do with bodysuits...my only issue is that it feels tight on my shoulders/chest/neck.
