    Just Okay

    I got these on sale so my complaint is limited. They are pretty poor quality and I will be lucky if they make it through the fall season come time. They are not uncomfortable but I would have ordered a full size down knowing now how loose they are.

    TERRIBLE, will never ever order from lulus again!

    First of all the shoe itself had a thin bungee cord going along the seams make the shoe itself look cheap and like a DIY. Secondly the heel on the boot protrudes out from the back because it isn't lined up so it seems like it wasn't shaved down to properly fit the boot. Finally thirdly, and most importantly, I pulled out the boot and it had MOLD ON IT. Both sides of both pairs of the boots had WHITE AND GREEN MOLD ALL OVER IT. I contacted... Read More

I contacted customer service and they set up the return for my other items and had me throw the boots away and gave me a refund for them right away.
