Beautiful ... If You Don't Plan on Moving
Don't get me wrong. This dress is a head turner. The sexiness of the top is balanced by the modest length of the bottom. The fabric is nice and structured, so you're not going to get any bra lines or lumpiness here. It's also somewhat stretchy, so it's super comfortable to wear. So why the low rating?
