Not Curvy Girl Friendly
Couldn't even get this thing on! I'm pear-shaped so my hips and bum are larger than my waist and bust. There is no stretch to the bottom portion of this gown so my hips would not allow this dress to fall into place correctly and the slit was entirely open and in the CENTER of my crotch revealing absolutely everything. Loved wearing this dress! I am an athletic build who typically wears a small - but I needed to size up for my waist/back. The side slit and unique asymmetrical top added flare and dare I say sexiness to this dress. The touching hides the mid section slightly. It's not a lightweight fabric so I wouldn't recommend for a hot summer day! Overall I would absolutely recommend.

Wanted to Love...

Beautiful dress but....
It's a beautiful dress but the zipper isn't made right. It constantly gets stuck midway and it's very hard to zip all the way.Response from Lulus.com: Hi there, Allison! Flirty, Fun, Timeless
This dress is unique, yet has a brush of timelessness to it. I got the LAST magenta one in my size and I'm so glad I did. The magenta gives off a more flirty, fun vibe, whereas the navy looks more elegant. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the slit goes up VERY high, so you'll need to be conscious about that while sitting or dancing. You will also need to reinforce the sewing on the little clasps at the top of the zipper.

Best dress ever
Honestly, this could be my favorite dress like, EVER. It's so flattering! It does run a little small so I sized up and it works so perfect. The slit is a little high, but it's not too inappropriate at all, the slit makes this dress - give a little something. Everything about it is truly perfect. I am obsessed! Exactly as pictured for sure!
