Beautiful but...
I love the dress and the color but the reason why I need to return this is that the slit goes right up the middle and it is impossible to sit down without your hu ha showing...Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Melissa! Slit Way too High - Cannot be Worn in Public
This dress has so much potential, but the slit is ridiculously high. On the model, it's off to the side and hits about mid-thigh; on me, it was right in the middle and about an inch from my crotch - even taking a step meant exposing my underwear. If anything, I expected the slit to hit lower on me than on the model because I'm so much shorter. The slit was the only problem with the dress; it, otherwise, fit true to size and was flattering.... Absolutely beautiful dress
I wore the dress to a wedding and received so many compliments on the dress. It fit perfectly and the quality was great. The top fits a bit tight so may not be great for larger chest-sized women. Fully lined. Nice fabric and beautiful color. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Gorgeous Dress
I purchased this dress for the Air Force Ball and I received many compliments. The color is beautiful and it fit perfectly. I originally ordered a small based on size finder, but I have some hips and it wouldn't close. I exchanged it for a medium and it fit perfect! - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
mixed feelings
ordered a small and it looked like it was swimming on me; ordered the extra small and it's much more flattering, but like other reviews said, it's quite difficult to zip up by yourself. Also, with the smaller size, the slit does feel a bit high--not horribly so, but I see what other people mean. I am so confused how to wear it. The way the model wears it is not how it really looks on the body.
