    Well that didn't last long

    I was really excited for these boots. Wore them twice and now I can't. The first time I wore them was on Christmas Eve 2022. They were great and comfortable. The second time I wore them was today 3/25/23 and the brown tip of the right heel came completely off and I didn't realize until I came home. I'm very disappointed with the quality. Update: Lulus did reach out and gave me store credit, and I was very grateful for their timely response, great customer service, and support above all. Definitely restored my trust with Lulus.     Love Them!

    These are the perfect height for someone taller (5'7') and super comfortable. Great fall/winter look!

    SO CUTE, but tight!

    I originally ordered these shoes in my normal size 10 but they were tight so I exchanged them for a size up. They were better but not as much of a difference as I would have liked. Wore one time and got a HUGE blister on my big toe. Unfortunately, I would not recommend :(

    Comfy and cute but heel came out

    I love these boots. They're very comfortable, the heel is short enough so you can wear them all day. But the 2nd time wearing them the heel cap came out and now the material is dragging on the floor and the boot looks awful. Lulu's was helpful and gave me a little credit back since the boots are out of stock now.
