Comfy and cute but heel came out
I love these boots. They're very comfortable, the heel is short enough so you can wear them all day. But the 2nd time wearing them the heel cap came out and now the material is dragging on the floor and the boot looks awful. Lulu's was helpful and gave me a little credit back since the boots are out of stock now.Response from Lulus.com: Hey Briana! Thank you for your review.
