Too small
For sure size up on this one. I could hardly get my arms in. I did not exchange for a larger size so I can't speak on which would be best. Size up if you have meatier arms =
Though on the petite side, I am muscular. I had to return the small because the arms were a little too tight for me and there is no stretch in the material. The medium fit me perfectly! Super cute! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

This blazer is great-definitely not heavy by any means, but a great light, weight. Great for work or a night out.
