    Disappointed with customer service & fit of dress

    First of all, I ordered this dress in 2 sizes, they were claimed to be delivered but I never received it. I've used Lulus so many times without a problem and I'm disappointed with how they're handling this. As a future bride, I'm hesitant to make a large order for fear of this.     I loved it busy the top didn't look the same on me as the pictures showed. Not sure why but still beautiful.

    Great dress!
